Fee definitions

Gross eligible fee
A finalized SOL transfer to the treasury address, emitted by a verified integration adapter, deduplicated by transaction signature and instruction index.
Net eligible fee
Gross eligible fee minus network costs paid by the treasury to receive it. Allocation rules apply to net.
Excluded
Failed or unfinalized transactions, transfers from unverified sources, and duplicates.

Allocation percentages are illustrative defaults, editable only by authorized administrators. Every change is written to the audit log.
