Questions, answered plainly.
Do I need to send anything to enter?
No. FluxLoop never asks you to send SOL or tokens to participate, and connecting a wallet never triggers a transaction. Anyone asking for a payment to "unlock" a reward is not us.
Will you ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. No FluxLoop page, admin, or support channel will ask for your seed phrase or private key.
How is eligibility determined?
Each round publishes its eligibility rules and takes a snapshot when it closes. The snapshot root is public so you can verify your inclusion.
How do I know the draw was fair?
Every round commits to a seed hash before opening. After close the seed is revealed and combined with public randomness. The Draws page re-derives winners in your browser so you do not have to trust our servers.
What does "Demo data" mean?
In demo mode, numbers are generated from seeded sample events run through the real accounting code. They are internally consistent but do not reflect real treasury balances, and explorer links are simulated.
Are rewards an investment?
No. Rewards are promotional and depend on fees actually received. Past rewards do not indicate future rewards, and no reward represents ownership in any company.
How are gift card codes delivered?
Privately to the verified winner through the claim flow. Codes are never shown publicly or recorded on-chain.
